This is a lovely new facility, and the location is super ideal for anybody that is active and motivated to go out and do things. From the Director of the facility, all the way down the line to the caregiving aid, every staff member that I have encountered has been perfectly matched for this. I’ve had my mother at several assisted living and skilled nursing facilities in the metro area, and if this place was available, seven years ago, we never would’ve moved. I it’s a brand new facility and the amenities are top shelf. My endorsement is that I have moved my loved one in here, and I have nothing but positive things to say.

Meeting Cristal R made our decision, easy to move our 95 year old Mother into the Cogir. From Tina the receptionist, the chef plus CAREGIVERS are all exceptional!

Pretty on the outside with the nightmare waiting. The new Executive Director and director of finance do not care about anything but money and cost cutting. Filling beds. Not human beings. The care has left the building. The residents CAN NOT adjust their thermostat in their own room. They are locked to allow cost savings. The nursing staff doesn't care. To the point they tell a resident "I don't care if you take the pills or not." My mom had TWO black eyes and no one, NOT ONE PERSON, Deigned to contact myself or her other contact with this information. And with dementia, she didn't know what happened. It could have been staff abuse. But I DO believe the one staff member's account which was they believe she ran into a door in the night. It seemed that. But no one called me. I found out on FaceTime two days later and had a full panic attack. I had to BEG the nursing director, who the residents laugh at and make fun of because they say they thought she was a homeless person intially, to send my mom to urgent care. This facility will keep going downhill. The residents feel like they no longer matter and the staff no longer cares. Top down people. Top down. Do NOT move your loved ones here. My mother was there 6 months. And a "Founder's Club" member. Ask them WHY a Founder's Club member left. Because she needed CARE. I HAD to find a place that I knew she would be CARED for. And it isn't here.

We were able to arrange and participate in an extra extraordinarily helpful tour At Cogir. Both Cristal and Yuli Were so helpful and accommodating beforehand, providing us with many details about the facility, the amenities and pricing. We felt very prepare prepared for an in person tour. The tour itself was excellent and we saw many examples of the lovely apartment homes We also had the pleasure of eating lunch in the restaurant, and the chef even came out to greet us We were very impressed with everything uncertain will be considering Cogir In our future plans
