This place is absolutely first rate. The people at Cogir were wonderful... Friendly, patient, and professional. My mother left her home of 40 years to go to Cogir, she was scared and tired and very upset. That all disappeared the first day! The staff is great, the food is great, the other residents are great. The apartments were clean, sharp and stylish. the whole facility is excellent. Before I brought my mother there I pulled a number of residents aside and asked them how they liked it. Every response was incredibly positive. I cannot recommend this place more highly.

We moved Mom in a month ago, and it has been nothing but a great experience. It’s been an adjustment for her, but she has met so many wonderful people and participated in quite a few events. The staff is amazing—every single person makes you feel like part of the family, including us when we visit. This was the best decision we made. I highly recommend this place!

My parents moved in to Cogir South Bay in September 2024. Move-in was seamless thanks to the fantastic team of Cogir South Bay. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming. My parents really enjoy the fabulous meals and they have made a lot of great new friends. This transition can be very difficult but Cogir has made it the best it could possibly be.

My parents have moved in here and it's been fabulous. Staff are warm and helpful, there are lots of fun activities, and the food is tasty. I'd definitely recommend.
