My mother recently moved in to Cogir of South Bay. The staff did an amazing job with helping our family setup her new place and they were very attentative to making sure all her needs were taken care of. Special thanks to Fabienne (the move in coordinator) and Gary (from maintenance) with getting so many things done so quickly like: hanging her tv, hanging her pictures, setting up tv/internet, and placing her rugs. My family and I could not be happier with the result!

Cogir of South Bay distinguishes itself from other senior residences by virtue of its warm, friendly environment. Both the residents and staff have positive attitudes, welcoming and helping others. We moved here last month after having the shower in our apartment renovated for my safety with custom grab bars, shower head and enclosure. Ace (the maintenance director) is great, as evidenced by the preparations made for our arrival. Our experience to date has similarly been enhanced by the other directors and their staff. Our visitors have been favorably impressed by the physical surroundings and activities available. Emphasis at Cogir is placed on individual health care and safety.

I am a current resident since December of last year. I love the luxurious vibe and space of my apartment home. The people of the community are friendly and congenial. We have 3 different restaurants to select from daily, and the food is very good and healthy, and the wine is great! if you are looking for a future home that is thriving and vibrant definitely consider Cogir of South Bay Independent living with assisted living options for those who need it.

I have been a resident of Cogir of South Bay for a year and am so happy that I made the choice to move here. Some of my favorite things about Cogir include the location, the beautiful decor, the amenities, the delicious meals, the helpful staff, the friendliness of the residents, the many daily activities and the overall welcoming environment. Many of us refer to Cogir as “a cruise ship on land!
