⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cogir of Morrison Ranch. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that this is more than just a senior living community—it’s a place where residents are genuinely cared for and treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. The community is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained. What really stands out, though, is the staff. They are friendly, compassionate, attentive, and take the time to get to know the residents and their families. DeAnna was especially amazing—she gave us a wonderful tour and provided us with such helpful guidance. She is such a kind individual, and her warmth and professionalism truly made the experience even better. There are also plenty of activities and opportunities for residents to socialize, stay engaged, and enjoy themselves. The atmosphere feels warm and lively while still being comfortable and home-like. Choosing a senior living community can be an emotional and difficult decision, and having a place where you feel confident your loved one is safe, valued, and well cared for makes such a difference. I would absolutely recommend Cogir of Morrison Ranch to anyone looking for a welcoming and caring community for themselves or a loved one.

Cogir of Morrison Ranch is a vibrant and beautiful senior living community with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dee Anna the Sales Director was friendly, caring and attentive, and you can truly see its not just a job for her. The effort they put into making residents feel valued and comfortable. The community is very clean and welcoming, the grounds are beautiful. I would highly recommend reaching out to Dee Anna to tour the community, if your looking for a caring and welcoming senior living community for your loved ones.

My mother recently passed away. While this was a challenging time of life for her, my mother felt the love and concern of the staff. Especially the last couple of months I feel the staff in The Gardens (Memory Care) went above and beyond in striving to meet my mother's needs. At the beginning of the year, there was a transition to new management. As a result there was some turnover in the staff which definitely created challenges. However, Nancy, the Memory Care Director, has rebuilt an excellent team. I am grateful for the care they provided for my Mom and highly recommend them.

My father has been living here for about 5 years. He moved here from another senior living place in Fountain Hills after my mother passed. I especially appreciate how the care has evolved as his needs have changed. He has gone from being extremely independent to needing 24/7 assistance with daily living. The staff and management have been wonderful in making this transition while letting him be who he is and be as independent as possible. The food started good, and has been getting better. The pond outback has become more and more important as a refuge and place of meditation as it has become more difficult for my father to travel. I highly recommend Morrison Ranch to anyone looking for a senior living community.
