I have been coming to memory care four days a week to give companion care to a resident these last three years and I must say the director of memory care Adayla Slaughter has done a superb job running the unit. It is not easy to appease staff as well as upper management by grace, and professionalism Adayla Slaughter has done well I give her four stars!

I went to visit my grandma at this facility. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities were clean and the residents seemed to be happy as well due to good care. My grandma has improved due to their care and extra curricular activities. Thank you! I made a second visit almost a year later and was greeted with the same courtesy and service. Keep up the good work

This place needs a new "Supervising Manager." My best friend is a resident here...and, she is a VERY HIGH fall risk. This was proven when she fell and was on the ground FOR TWENTY MINUTES! Even FIVE MINUTES would have been too long. The button around her neck didn't do anything. It was very lucky that a custodian found her lying on the cold, hard ground when she came to clear-out the waste-bins! Meaning, if you are going to bring a loved one here...make sure you get YOUR OWN "alert device." Or, get your loved one an easy to use cell-phone; because, that "alert device" they give their own residents are COMPLETE JUNK! I was witness to how bad their "alert devices" were, because even I pressed the button a few months later to get help for her...and, NO ONE CAME. Later on, they accidentally took her walker away from her, and they didn't bother giving her a replacement. The walker went missing for ALMOST SEVEN DAYS! Meaning, they KNOWINGLY ALLOWED a HIGH FALL-RISK resident to NOT be able to walk on her own, because they couldn't figure-out what they did with her walker. Imagine if she fell just because they were too cheap to get her a replacement walker, while they passively looked for her original walker for OVER SIX DAYS! Take your loved one somewhere else if you actually love them. Don't even bring your worst enemy here...because, even your worst enemy doesn't deserve to be treated like this. It's a fairly pretty place, but the low-quality of service you get here DEFINITELY isn't worth that high-price. Have a great day, everyone! I hope you and your loved ones find a good place. Take care, and stay safe out there. ONE MORE THING: I find it suspicious how most of the reviews on this place look and sound the same. It wouldn't surprise me if most of those reviews are completely fake. Because, I talked to a lot of the residents here...and, there are SO MANY of them whom are NOT happy living here at the Morrison Ranch Watermark. The opinions of the residents doesn't seem to match-up with the "opinions" of the people leaving reviews here. I simply find that VERY strange.

They get you in and then raise care points..New ownership now and moved my mom out after two months being there just as ownership changed. Turnover of staff- It is revolving door, ?? Visibly beautiful, but internal leadership a disaster. Great activities and handful of staff that care but want out. Hopefully things change .
