It is very stressful finding the right assisted living facility for a loved one. The staff at Savanna House was very patient allowing us the time we needed to make this ever important decision. They continue to make themselves available at a moments notice and the entire staff is always happy which makes for happy residents. We so appreciate the attentiveness the staff gives to our loved one. The food is delicious and the activities are incredible. We do not regret our decision on selecting Savanna House.

I am soooooo happy with our choice of Savanna House for my sister, Connie! It's definitely not your typical assisted living. First and foremost, the staff is genuinely cheerful and attentive, which sets the foundation for the great experience. Couple that with the modern, clean, and fun environment and great food. It's seriously the kind of place that I hope to be in when it's my turn. The only down side is that it's private pay, so it's not available to everyone. But prices are reasonable and it's ABSOLUTELY a place I'd recommend. Side note to Savanna staff: Thank you for letting me host my birthday there so I can show off Savanna House to the rest of my family! :-)

We toured 5 facilities for my Dad and Savanna House was the only one all 3 of us agreed on. My Mom who was a nurse and used to work at a nursing home was so very pleased to see all the residents looking content and happy. The neighborhoods are all well maintained and very clean and the care staff really seem to be concerned about everyone’s wellbeing. My Dad had only been there a few days and one of the staff was commenting about him. My parents had decided to live in AZ for their retirement, on the other side of the country from me and my siblings but I am very relieved we found such wonderful place to take care of my father and a place that allows my Mom to enjoy her well earned retirement, knowing her husband is well taken care of.

Megan McLean, director of sales at Savanna House in Gilbert, AZ consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every family feels supported and informed throughout the decision process. She asks pertinent questions and takes the time to understand each individual’s needs and match with the correct solutions, creating a seamless and reassuring experience for new residents, in this case my Mother. Megan made a stressful situation, less stressful! She felt like “family” from the first moment we met. I believe Megan treats all her potential and current residents like family. She’s not there to just make a sale and “fill apartments” I appreciate Megan taking the time to respond to all my questions and concerns with empathy and patience.
