This senior living home is truly warm, welcoming and joyful! From the front office staff to all the aides, staff and even the resident handyman is genuinely happy and makes an effort to not only know each resident but the family and friends that visit. I feel good about my Gramdmothers care and beyond grateful for all that they do to make the community feel special!

I recently toured Clearwater Springs by Cogir with my 90-year-old friend, and we were thoroughly impressed. We currently live in an independent unit but wanted to explore options for assisted living. Kristina was our guide for the visit, and she was both pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions patiently and gave us a clear understanding of what the community offers. The building itself is beautiful, with welcoming community spaces and a dining room that truly stood out. Based on our experience, Clearwater Springs is definitely at the top of our list for the future—especially if Kristina continues to be in charge.

Clearwater Spring is a bright, cheerful place. What really set it apart are the kind, thoughtful and very professional staff members. The hands on caregivers, in particular are outstanding. They treated our mom with kindness, warmth and dignity. We are grateful.

Clearwater Springs team is very professional and kind when looking for a place for mom. Beautiful community with lots of great amenities along with a variety of different fun activities. I would definitely recommend Clearwater Springs when looking for a place for your loved one!
