Clarendale of St. Peters

Clarendale of St. Peters is truly a special community. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how warm and welcoming the environment is. The team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents and their families. What stands out most is how much effort they put into making sure residents feel at home. There are always activities, events, and opportunities to stay social and engaged, which creates such a positive atmosphere. The community is beautiful, well-kept, and feels more like a resort than a typical senior living community. It’s clear the staff takes pride in what they do, and that level of care shows every day. I would absolutely recommend Clarendale of St. Peters to anyone looking for a place where their loved one can feel comfortable, supported, and truly enjoy life.

The management is very terrible. My mother was treated unfairly, she had bugs in her food. Also one day when I came to visit a non-black worker said the N-word and this isn’t the first time this has happened, I didn’t feel comfortable after that. My mother also had bed bugs which I don’t know where she gotten them from since she always keeps her hygiene upright. When I tried to tell the higher ups about many of the situations they should be fixed they ignored my comments and complains, Me nor my mother felt heard so to anyone who decides to let their parents leave here I just want you guys to be careful and cautious.

My siblings and I moved our 90 year old father into Clarendale St. Peters several weeks ago. He does require help getting up and doing many things. We could not be happier with how things are going. The staff is amazing -- helpful, kind and professional. The building is beautiful and very clean. We all feel very confident that he is being treated like family and that is very important to us. Clarendale is a blessing to our family.

Choosing a Memory Care facility for a loved one is a very daunting task. My family and I chose Clarendale St. Peters for my mother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. The facility is exceptionally clean, and the environment, very safe. The staff is very friendly, caring, and supportive, to both the residents and their families. We had very positive experiences with the personnel, at all levels...the Director of Memory Care, the Director of Health Services, the nurse and individual staff members who provide the day to day care, as well as the front desk, maintenance, and various office staff. They're all welcoming, personable, and eager to meet you and your loved one's ongoing and changing needs. They treated my mother with dignity and respect. Our concerns were heard and addressed, and issues were dealt with in a proactive manner. My mother went to be with her Lord and Savior several months ago, and with now having had time to look back and reflect, my family and I are very grateful that she was surrounded by warm, caring, and conscientious caregivers in her last days. I would highly recommend the Memory Care at Clarendale St. Peters.
