Clarendale of Mokena

My mother has been at Clarendale for 3 years. Started in senior living and now has moved to assisted living. I wouldn’t want her anywhere else. Staff always friendly the facility always clean. Always a pleasant experience when visiting my mother. My mother always tells me how busy her day is with friends and activities. So happy for her. Thank you Clarendale.

I would recommend Clarendale for their assisted living facility for your loved one. They have great food. The nurses are great and loving; the physical therapy department is top-notch. The rooms are nice. The managers really care. The TV access is great. The bathrooms are great. I can’t say enough. You have access to doctors that can come into visit your loved one. You have access to medical testing such as on-site x-rays. They hold your room if you have to visit the hospital for an illness. Their rules and regulations about visiting the facility during the Covid epidemic were top-notch. In summary, if assisted living is good for your loved one: Clarendale of Mokena would be an excellent choice.

The whole Clarendale personnell does an excellent job, goes out of their way continually to make sure we are being taken care of and our needs are filled. Jonathon has done a fantastic job in the kitchen, and the food is the best it's been in the 4.5 years I've lived here! The girls at the concierge desk are fantastic, all the office managers are fantastic. I don't know what else I can say! It's always a pleasure to see people so concerned with our welfare.

Clarendale of Mokena has been 100% nightmare for my 94 independent mother. She moved in Aug 2025 and had a full Infestation of bedbugs in December wasn’t taken care of until April and she lost everything. Clarendale never stood behind us did not help us and watched my mother lose everything and wouldn’t even let us get the meals out. We could only have one per day we lost everything. Clarendale has had bedbugs in there for several years and never said nothing. You are warned.
