Do not believe their song and dance! The facility looks beautiful and they really sell it but when it comes down to facts they are money driven and do NOT care. I cannot comment about the assisted living because although we were told my Father would be in the assisted living, they changed to memory care which was a horrible experience for my father. There were not enough staff with the memory care side. Clarendale in Mokena took complete advantage of my father and us as we trusted what they told us. Once the check was cashed they changed their tune! It was so heartbreaking the events that took place and they refused to be accountable. They opened our eyes to how vulnerable families are who are looking for help with their loved ones and how easily it is to be taken advantage of.

This place is great if you have a eldery parent. Cher'i did a great job for me. Keeps in touch, great tour! I highly recommend this assisted living to anyone one. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do. Talk and see you soon Juliann

Clarendale has exceeded my expectations and lets my family sleep at night knowing our loved one is cared for day and night. My aunt has been there for about 9 months and started in assisted living but transitioned to memory care. Everyone on staff went above and beyond to make sure every concern was addressed. The therapists are wonderful and really take a vested interest in their patients. The nurses keep us informed when issues come up and are always available or call back promptly. The activities group has blown us away - it’s like being on a cruise ship and not only is it fun for the residents and provides the daily enrichment dementia patients need, but also helps with making friendships. The kitchen staff is attentive to dietary needs and the front desk is always there is welcome you and answer questions. The on staff maintenance crew fixed the AC issue as soon as they were called. Special kudos to Kathryn who is one in a million and the best advocate on staff. We checked out many places but it was Kathryn who made us choose Clarendale. Her knowledge was paramount to us and her care and compassion has followed through any time we have needed her. I highly recommend Clarendale of Mokena.

Clarendale is a very nice place. It is clean, warm and has a lot to offer. Everyone is very friendly. Bridget is so helpful and welcoming! She really makes the residents feel comfortable. I’ve had relatives at Clarendale before and my mother in law is moving there soon. I think it’ll be a great fit for her and look forward to her being there
