My Mother has lived in Cedarhurst of Frankfort for almost 3 years . The care she receives from the entire staff has been wonderful. I frequently interact with the Nursing directors Miranda and DeVonna, as well as the day to day nursing staff. The care and compassion that they have shown to my mother is exceptional. They actively work with my mom and our family, to make sure Mom remains healthy and continues to enjoy a good quality of life. Their efforts are greatly appreciated.

It’s been over 3 years since my Mom became a resident at Cedarhurst. We are very satisfied and happy with the facility. The care she receives is wonderful. The staff have become our friends especially Tyechia. She is so patient and sweet with my Mom and always has a smile for me. She is efficient, professional and I can always trust that she will help me with any situation that arises. The head nursing staff, Miranda and DaVonna are amazing. We always get our questions answered and they are on top of my Moms medical needs. We feel lucky to have these great people caring for my Mom.

My mom has lived at Cedarhurst for 21/2years now. She really enjoys all of the wonderful activities and the musical guests that Life Enrichment Director Lori Trizna arranges for the residents. Not only is Lori great at her job, but she truly cares about all of the residents that she serves. I would also like to commend Tyechia M.for everything she does for all of the residents. She always has a big smile for everyone and is a very caring and thoughtful person.

I did research online and visited 3 memory care facilities before picking Cedarhurst of Frankfort for my wife’s care. Cheri was so helpful at explaining all the aspects of their facility and gave me a tour on two occasions and gave me honest answers to all my questions. My wife moved in there recently and all the caregivers and staff have been so wonderful and helpful to her to make the big adjustment. She seems at home there already and really likes the food they prepare for her. Shawn and Erin also plan a lot of activities for the residents to keep them busy and connected. The facility is always clean and it doesn’t have that nursing home smell that a lot of places have. They have an app that can download that will show you the daily activities of the residents and any special events that are coming up. They also sent me a couple of pictures of my wife there the first week. I knew that I couldn’t take care of my wife safely at home anymore and I feel more at ease now that she has immediate help available 24/7 there at Cedarhurst. Highly recommended! Addendum: 2/25/2025 My wife has now been at Cedarhurst of Frankfort for over 6 months and the love and care she is getting there is still wonderful. The director of nursing in the memory care unit, Devonna Shorts, has been so helpful in planning out the best care for Nancy who is in the later stages of dementia. I can always get a hold of Devonna or the director of nursing for the assisted living units, Miranda Harrison, if I have any concerns or questions. They even call or text me when they want to make some improvements for Nancy’s care or schedule. They make me feel like I am an important part of her care and make me feel at home whenever I visit. I am also very pleased with Reyna Martinez who is handling all of the complicated paperwork that our long term care insurance carrier needs each month. I was dreading having to do it all by myself but Reyna handles it all and makes it so easy for me each month. Dementia is an awful disease and those of us who have a love one dealing with this needs all the love and care they can get for them. I feel that Cedarhurst of Frankfort is continuing to do a terrific job of that!
