This month marks 1-year that my parents have been under the care of Cinco Ranch Alzheimer's Specialty Care. Since then my parents have received empathy, great care and have actually improved in many ways. All thanks to an empathetic, caring & qualified staff. My family and I actively visit and engage the staff to calibrate on their care. The activities like the devotional, games, music and outings are positive & effective. It certainly takes a village and we are very glad that we have Cinco Ranch Alzheimer's Specialty Care as a partner. Thank you all!

Recently I visited for an marketing event/Ornament Exchange and I was super impressed. As soon as I walked in the front door, the place was super clean and the staff was genuinely nice. I toured the facility and the residents were happy and content. During the Ornament Exchange 2 residents even joined us, and that made me even more impressed. When the employees love what they do from the ED on down, you can tell and it makes a world of difference! Our seniors need to be reminded daily that we care and love them, and you guys definitely show that!

This memory care facility has been an absolute blessing for our family. The staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care, treating each resident with dignity and respect. The facility is clean, secure, and thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of those with memory loss. The activities offered are not only engaging but also tailored to stimulate cognitive function and bring joy to the residents. We have peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend!

It was very impressive to me when I entered the facility for the first time that it was not a sense of bad smell at all! I have been in and out a lot of long term care facilities for work, and I can tell this facility is above my expectation. I came back for more visits and the facility still remained clean without any bad smell, which meant the staffs really cares for the residents all the time. They have different activities for residents who have different levels of illness and keep them active with outdoor/indoor games. They also have physical therapy to work on those who need to improve strength/ balance/ safety to reduce risk of injury.
