I can’t say enough good things about Chatsworth at PGA. My mother-in-law fell and broke some bones and after an excellent tour and meeting with the Director, Kris, we chose Chatsworth for her care. The staff was so caring and professional. The nurses and the aides were wonderful. PT and OT got her walking again. No one gave up on a very dire situation. The facilities are beautiful and comfortable. We visited regularly, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

My mother recently fell and broke her hip, requiring a partial hip replacement at 82. She was originally placed in a facility in Lake Worth which we kept her there for 48 hours while I searched for another facility. A friend recommended Chatsworth at PGA and they definitely delivered superior service in all respects. From Kris, the director, assuring she would be taken care of, to Michelle, arranging for her transportation from the other facility and check-in, to the amazing second floor rehabilitation staff (nurses, PT, OT, Receptionists, Chefs) you cannot find a more professional, caring team. The two weeks spent at Chatsworth, went by quickly and they provided the required care to get my mother back on her feet again. Thank you for your caring efforts and we would recommend Chatsworth for any Rehabilitation, Assisted living or memory care.

Very few people seemed to care about anyone or anything, with poor and often disrespectful attitudes. Meds were consistently administered incorrectly, waiting for help was delayed up to 90 min. at a time, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Recently I had complicated hip surgery following intensive back surgery all within a few months of each other. My doctor advised me to go to rehab Chatsworth accepted me with a welcoming committee of staff. Darlene made me feel right at home. My private room was clean and cheerful. The staff worked together as a team and were very responsive to requests. Therapy led by Jennifer also worked together well, assisting me to return home by individualizing my routine to my personal situation. It was impressive to me that I would have six days of therapy. As a former CNO of a local hospital, I would highly recommend Chatsworth Rehab to anyone needing more healing and therapy time after surgery. Thank you to all the staff that helped me.
