I have been living here for 9 months. Staff are very attentive to customer service. I am older and wiser and totally understand that nothing is 100% perfect. There are many activities and many nice friendly people living here. We have a bus that will take us to various appointments and that is very convenient. The Chateau is also located in an area I am familiar with. That’s a plus! The kitchen staff snd servers are very kind and polite! The food is very good and buried and it may not be to my liking every single time breakfast lunch and dinner however, I am served everybody’s kind and there’s a variety of different food. I don’t think I could ask for anything more.

My experience living at The Château in McKinney Texas (for over five years) has been very good. The activities give a lot of variety to the residences. The grounds are well kept. There is a swimming pool and hot tub. There are also many extras at The Château: a weekly hair salon, a weekly nail salon, 3 meals per day, housekeeping services, washer/dryer hook ups and a laundry room, covered parking and garages, storage rooms and complementary transportation for shopping, entertainment, or doctor visits. There are also home care aids and home therapy in the building. It was been an excellent choice to move to The Château. I would recommend The Château as a good place for single or married seniors to live.

The Chateau is a lovely, welcoming and fun place. The residents and staff make this feel like home. The staff is always there to help with a smile and with the upmost respect. The activities they provide and bring in are always plentiful and engaging. There is something for everyone. If you are looking for a senior living facility, the Chateau will not disappoint.

I just love the Chateau. From the moment I walked in I knew this was going to be my home. There’s so many things to do. You could never be bored their games every day and night swimming exercise class which goes very easy on you. I’ve lived here for six years and I hope I live here a lot more than that. The staff is wonderful. They’ll just do anything for you. The kitchen staff is very same way. They’ll help you in any way at luncheon at dinner and I’m sure at breakfast if I went .I just say I’m so proud to live at the Château..
