This is a wonderful community that truly cares for their residents. The residents dressed in their team colors and watched a football game. Let me know if you need more information.

Hello all! I was hired as a new hire about two or so weeks ago, and I have already quit. I enjoyed this job, and I enjoyed working in memory care, but the one thing that has prevented me from returning was the head nurse, Laura. Upon our very first interaction she was berating me and spoke harshly to me, and it was only by then maybe my second day. As the days have passed, there have been consistent and continuous encounters with her where she toxically invokes arguments and she doesn’t know how to speak to her employees with grace, and with patience, and even the sight of her fueled my stomach with unease. She’s fumbled through my personal belongings, brought her husband with her when she made me go home early, and then, saw I was still waiting for my ride and made me wait outside in the cold. I have never ever worked for someone so mean, so vile, and so disrespectful I was taken aback. It is not a normal thing or behavior to have to endure such treatment at your work place. She should not have treated me, or spoken to me the way that she did considering I was a new hire. Someone must teach her decorum, grace, patience, and understanding if she were to continue on in her high ranking position. This is a warning to all potential candidates wishing for work, there will be many other opportunities available for you if you move away from this succubus, many other places where the managers will treat you with respect and kindness and not have you almost to tears.

This place is amazing and the staff is personable and like family. We highly recommend it. It's hard enough to have to go through this transition with a loved one however, everyone at this facility has treated us like family, helped us to make this transition much smoother and most importantly take incredible care of Mom. It takes a village and they have a fantastic team/village. We love all of you. Also, my parents were about to celebrate a huge milestone, their 60th wedding anniversary and I briefly mentioned to the Memory Care Director, Chris Knight, that my Dad had arranged to have their priest come and do a special blessing and communion for he and Mom. Well, Chris and their Activities Director, Sara Bennett turned it into the most memorable, glorious ceremony and celebration we will always treasure for the rest of our lives. WOW, we can not even begin to express just how grateful we are for their love, thoughtfulness, time, details, planning, decorations and everything they did to make it happen. It was heartwarming, extraordinary and just beyond any words! They even brought Mom's friends over from assisted living and memory care to be part of their special day!!! It was priceless and we will always be grateful for this incredible memory. Thank you Chris, Sara and all the staff and residents at Brookdale Stonebridge Ranch. We appreciate all you do everyday, y'all are family and we love you!

Can not say enough about this place! It was my fist time trying to find a place for my mother, and finding no help out there. Well, by the grace of God a friend referred me to Brookdale at Stoneridge Ranch and Latoya took over from there! She made all the arrangements for my mom, coming from a hospital, who was to be placed with them for a short stay. She navigated all the details and paperwork and gave me peace of mind that my mom would be taken care of. Our Nurses, Laura, Crystal, Bertha and all the other angels that work there were attentive to mom and all her needs. I was very lucky to end up at Brookdale, and they made this very hard first time seem less difficult. I highly recommend this place for your loved one.
