Residents savor the variety found in an industry-first all-inclusive Freedom Dining Program. With three fresh chef-prepared meals daily, residents can choose from a variety of menu options and dining experiences with flexible hours. Coffee, juice, ice cream, and snacks are available all day. Weekly housekeeping service is provided, along with transportation to and from appointments and shopping trips.
Numerous planned activities, social events, and travel opportunities abound. Live-in managers and concierge and valet services are available 24/7, ensuring resident safety. Every resident receives an emergency alert pendant, guaranteeing peace of mind to friends and family that their loved ones are protected during emergencies.
Pets are warmly welcome at Chartiers Bend Retirement, with no additional pet deposit. A guest suite is available for residents’ family members to reserve for visits. A travel program whisks residents to any of Resort Lifestyle Communities’ other properties, where they can reserve a guest suite free for one week — meals included.

I have found Chartiers Bend Retirement Resort to be a wonderful place to live. The facility is located near woods, parks and walking trails. Shopping and other services are no more than 20 minutes away, and many stores take less than ten minutes to reach. The amenities are many and designed for you to share various health and cultural activities, as well as games and historically-themed events with your fellow residents. My apartment is comfortable and more spacious than I expected. A full kitchen tempts me to prepare my own food, but I rarely do.The dinning hall staff provide very good meals of a wide variety. There is always something for everyone. The staff at Chartiers Bend are fantastic people. They are devoted to providing all the services and support that the residents need. They work very hard. In addition they have shown themselves to be very good people. They are not only the type that you can depend on but the kind you could call a friend.

Ashley has a good group of cooks here, sunshine who cooks in the morning does a great job Wayne at night in the new and the new Cook Steve is a really great guy and a good cook and darrell on the weekends and Tracy, who like the kitchen dining room manager does really good job. She takes care of everybody and Carter who helps as an help kitchen Has a broken foot and she comes every day with it cast on her leg Who do to the people who work here Tami who is the manager make sure everybody is taken care of and Caitlin yeah activity Director. Make sure everybody has a good time. Sylvia at the desk will answer any questions or make sure you take you’re taken care of. She greets everyone with greetings and happiness. Caitlin has taken us on two field trips in the last two weeks both of our farmers markets Janowski someone route 30 last week this week. Everybody had a great time we looked at the leaves. We took a ride about two hours. We shopped at the store for a while then we went across the street and ate, always takes care of us. She waits on every single one of us.

From the first time meeting Tiffany all throughout my move in and meeting the staff Randy, Tami, Sylvia,Lisa, Sandro and Xavier n Francis has been extremely wonderful and welcoming. Everyone has made me feel like I’m home. The chef Shawn is fabulous. The food couldn’t be better . The activities director, Caitlin, has so many activities that I can barely keep up and it’s so much fun. I’m getting to know my neighbors and friends everyday. I’m so glad that I moved from my home to this luxurious resort.

I’ve lived at Chartiers Bend for over two years now, and moving here was a good choice. I’ve made so many wonderful friends—it feels like I’ve known them forever. There’s always something going on, and the activities keep me busy and involved every day. The staff here are kind, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile, and the Activities Director keeps us busy with fun activities. It’s a warm and welcoming place, and I truly feel part of a caring community.
