After looking at other facilities my sibling and I knew Charter of Woodbridge would be the place for our mom after we toured with Kati. Clean, nicely decorated, good food, activities, and a cute studio apartment checked all the boxes for us. Just a good vibrant energy all around. Plus we’ll be able to scale care as our moms needs change. They were helpful accommodating a move in date while we settled some other affairs. And the staff has been helpful, polite, and kind while our mom gets into a new routine. It’s truly a place we know she’ll be able to live her best life. Making a move like this wasn’t easy, but it was easier when Charter showed compassion for all family members involved.

We had a very difficult situation with our relative because he had come from out of state due to his illness. The first interaction with Kelly Ann was an extremely positive one and as we had several interactions I realized how dedicated and perfect she is in her job. She was simply the most efficient, caring and intelligent organizer who arranged for his needs to be met in the short time that we had to find him a suitable place. I cannot express how pleased and fortunate to have worked and continue to work with Kelly Ann. Kudos to you, Kelly Ann and many thanks!

I have had the opportunity and pleasure of touring and visiting Charter Senior Living of Woodbridge many times, for professional and personal reasons. My experience has been consistently positive. The warmth and comfort of this community is evident from the welcoming entry, extremely friendly staff and the resident smiles that greet me each time.
