I recently went to see this location as a possible registration for my great grandmother. When I went in the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, I noticed one employee entering in behind me who smelled like marijuana and pushed past me in a hurry. Luckily I was able to catch her name from asking one of the other employees. E’Niya Folk, one of the life enrichment assistants is someone I would not want around my family member living in this facility. I believe that companies dealing with our beloved elderly should have their employees drug tested to ensure our family members are safe at all times and being given 100% undivided attention. Whatever staff do on their own time is their business but when it comes to dealing with people in a healthcare environment please take these things into consideration. This interaction has made me VERY hesitant on having my great grandmother at this facility. I hope the staff can be better prepared when entering a place of business.

I moved into my apartment in November 2024. It was nice and the staff was friendly. Over time, it has grown better and better. The management team changed to the delight of many. Since the change, we have better food, more activities with exercise, games involving mind and fun, health education, and outings to restaurants and shopping. We have social and fun Wednesdays with plans for museum, park, and movie outings. I am excited about the future of where I live. The friendly professional staff continues to make life easier for all. Our monthly community meetings with managers keep us updated and gives opportunity to air concerns. So you can find CHARTER SENIOR LIVING OF VININGS a wonderful place to reside. Since posting this review, the leadership has added more staff and is still training others to the enjoyment of the residents. Our enrichment program has really taken hold as you see in pictures. I see more joy and excitement for all our residents.

Thanks to Chef Darrion Mitchell, Larry and all the Dining Staff. The Thanksgiving Feast 2025 with Family was a huge success! The attendance was incredible! Thanks to all staff at Charter Vinings for a great dinner with all the fixings. Well Done! A + The Farrell’s!

I could not be happier that my mom is so happy. She as well as my brother and I were nervous about this move, but I have talked to my mom every day and she is the happiest I have seen her in some time. She says the staff takes very good care of everyone and the cooks are excellent. She says she is going to get fat from all the wonderful food. I am very thankful to have such a great place for my mom!
