Heartis Buckhead

Heartis Buckhead has been a wonderful choice for our family! My uncle and father have been living here for over a year as roommates in Independent Living, and it has given them the perfect balance of independence and support. They absolutely love the food, and the cost is very reasonable compared to other facilities across Atlanta, especially considering it’s located in Buckhead. One of the main reasons we chose this location was the ability to transition to Assisted Living if their needs ever change. It’s such a relief to know that option is available, giving us peace of mind for the future. For the price, amenities, and overall value, it’s hard to beat Heartis Buckhead. The staff is incredibly friendly, always helpful, and welcoming. Plus, they even offer free valet parking for guests, which is such a convenient bonus! We couldn’t be happier with our decision. Highly recommend!

I just attended an event at Heartis, and to be honest, I will attend every time I'm invited! The food is amazing and every detail is always thoughtfully provided. It's more than that, though. I have clients who have moved into Heartis and absolutely love it! It's not a one-size-fits-all experience, but more of a personalized opportunity for someone to really enjoy their life! I've had many interactions with residents already living at Heartis, as well, and I've never seen anything other than positive interactions. I've worked with many senior living communities, but given the opportunity, this is the community I would want for my own mom!

My parents have been residents in the Independent Living side of Heartis Buckhead for 1.5 years. Due to some recent health issues, the time has come for them to move to one of the Assisted Living floors. This was a tough decision for many reason. The team at Heartis has worked with me to ensure my parents transition to the new, but slightly smaller apartment has been as sooth as possible. This even included having team members working over the weekend to paint and make some small adjustments in closets so we can accommodate more clothing. There were moments where I felt terrible asking for what I knew was a last min change. The answer from the Team was always... "we put residents first and we understand you are working against a deadline, we are here to help you!" It's hard to find support like that, and support with a smile even as we were hitting short deadlines. My heart felt THANK YOU to the team at Heartis Buckhead!

My father has been at Heartis for over a year now. This is the best assisted living in Atlanta! It feels like a real apartment building...not an institution. It is an absolutely beautiful facility...dining rooms, piano room, pool area....all gorgeous! The CNA turnover rate is very low. This means a lot to me as my father has short term memory loss, and he takes him a long time to remember someone and feel comfortable with them. The last place he was at in Buckhead had a high turnover rate and frequently had to hire from a temp staff agency on weekends. MJ is the new assisted living director and he is wonderful! All the CNA's are fantastic and caring. A special shout out to Rosalyn. She takes such good care of my dad and really loves her job. She makes my dad laugh! I researched many facilities before coming here. He was at a high rise by Phipps before he came here. I was very disappointed with the lack of care and accountability at this place. I am so happy I made the decision to move him to Heartis. It is by far the best in Atlanta, and all of GA for that matter!
