Charter has been a great place for my sister-in-law. The staff is very warm and welcoming and the care is excellent. Every time I talk with my sister-in-law she says she feels safe and well cared for and that everyone is very nice and helpful. I do not live in the area and the staff communicates with me very well via email, text, and phone calls. We looked at a lot of assisted living facilities in the Madison area before deciding on one. Of the places we visited, Charter had some of the biggest and nicest apartments. They even allow residents to have cats--a real selling point for us. I highly recommend you consider Charter for your loved one.

Our mom has been at this location for 5.5 years. Charter has been in charge are 2. While in Assisted Living she enjoyed the actives. The menu was nice in that she could select what she wanted to eat. The staff was kind and knew her by name. Almost a year ago she moved into the Memory Care unit. This is a small unit and we feel mom receives good care. There is a large fenced in garden patio that she enjoys. The common areas have more of a family room feel. As for Charter since they took over everything had been painted and brightened. New furniture has been purchased. Staff is being retained. I enjoy staff recognizing mom and myself. One time when mom had to be taken to the hospital I was out of town. One of the staff members accompanied mom to the ER and kept me in the loop. Very much appreciate Charter senior Living.

My mom moved into Charter Senior Living just 10 days ago, and wow—what a difference. Every single person we’ve met has been kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring (not the forced kind—the real deal). Brady, the director, is absolutely made for this role, and it shows—his leadership trickles down into the entire team. Laura in Activities brings such great energy, Kayla in Therapy has been wonderful, and honestly, everyone we’ve encountered has been lovely. This is not an easy transition for families, but they’ve made it feel smooth, supported, and full of heart. So grateful… and very impressed. 💛

I'm really grateful we found Charter for my brother. We got everything we were looking for - a safe, supportive place to live; kind, professional and helpful staff; and most importantly, easy access to medical treatment. The price is reasonable for an assisted living facility. I highly recommend checking it out.
