Charter Senior Living of Linden

I hosted an escape room event at Charter Senior Living today and it was a wonderful experience! Amanda, the Life Enrichment Director was organized and energetic, helping to motivate residents to try something new. The front desk staff as well as every staff I encountered was welcoming and friendly. The space was clean and beautiful. Thank you for having me CSL of Linden!

Charter of Linden is a great place. From the first time we walked in to tour the facility we were impressed and welcomed by Cheryl (Director of First Impressions😊). She was kind and helpful and the place was spotless. The entire staff of management, caregivers, and food service took very good care of my mom during her stays. It is so important for family members to know that their loved ones are cared for like family. Highly Recommend.

I will forever remember the kind & caring people at Charter…. Always the warmest greeting by Cheryl. Her kind and caring heart was evident throughout my brothers stay at Charter until the very end… people like Cheryl are the reason we know there is still good in this world….❤️

My Mama is in the Memory care dept, it’s only been 2 weeks, but so far so good ! Everyone is polite, helpful, professional & is taking great care of our loved one. I will update as time continues💗 9/10/2025 This is a follow up to my previous review. If you are thinking of checking your beloved family or friend into the Charter memory care, flourish of Linden Mi. facility think no further. This company is amazing! They treated my mother like she was a princess!! She was given above and beyond my expectation of loving Care, Attentiveness, Delicious meals, Hugs and kisses, Comforting conversation, and the staff are truly a loving extension of your family💖 I cannot leave out the sweet receptionist Cheryl whom every time we visited greeted us with a smile & kindness. The Flourish program is very fun and stimulating for their community of people. I highly applaud Sara the Flourish director for her design. Sandra, the (Charter) director and Maureen, the accounting director are loving, caring and attentive as well. I cannot say enough positive things about my mother’s stay a Charter Flourish. All of the beautiful souls that work in the Flourish department as staff and assistant nurses, etc., created a loving, caring atmosphere that was extraordinary!! If your loved one is in need of hospice care while in Flourish ….Heart To Heart Hospice❤️ was incredible! Leah, my mother’s hospice nurse became one of my mama’s close friends and ours too . As my Mama had many medical needs. Leah has the kindest, caring soul ! Janine, The on-call hospice nurse was incredible as well. Their entire staff was courteous, empathetic, compassionate, and patient. In my Mama’s last days with us on this earth the Flourish Staff and Heart To Heart staff went above and beyond with loving care and guidance to help us make our Mama/Nana’s last days comfortable, beautiful & filled with hands on LOVE. Gods blessings to all of them 💜✝️☮️🙏🏼
