I am thoroughly disappointed with this facility. The management team's incompetence is evident. There is a clear breakdown in communication among staff. My parents' short stay here was marred by issues, leading us to relocate them. Specifically, nursing staff were insufficient to administer medication, and cooking staff did not appear for breakfast. I am baffled by the facility's ability to remain open. I would strongly discourage placing a loved one here.

I moved my dad here in July he was barely walking when I moved him here and within a month he's not only walking he's found a whole new meaning of living life! He's become independent again and has made friends he now enjoys going to activities and is excelling in therapy! Celebration Villa of Newburgh saved my dad's life! I will forever be grateful! The in-house therapy he gets from Legacy has been a real game changer! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for their parent/s or self. The staff is very caring and goes out of their way to accommodate! The activities have been a great bonus as has the tasty meals! It's not just all of the things I've mentioned above but it's affordable too! Don't wait give them a shout if you're on the fence you won't be for long!

We recently moved my 96 year old grandmother here. It's a very nice facility and she is truly enjoying it. HOWEVER, she is not being fed on time. She is on a walker and is vision impaired, so she is unable to go down and get her dinner or eat with the other residents. This was known when we visited and talked with them. They assured us someone would bring her food on time (about 4:30) every night. That has not been happening. Most nights my mother calls or goes to check on her and she still doesn't have her dinner at 5:30 or later. My grandmother only eats ONE meal a day, compared to 21 which most residents eat. Her food is usually sitting in the kitchen when we call down...people just forget to bring it up to her. The whole point of her being here is for her to live on her own but have assistance when needed, giving us all peace of mind, but we're still having to make sure she's being fed.

The facility felt like home for my dad. It was aesthetically beautiful, orderly and efficient. The services are exactly what’ll my dad needs and the local partnerships fill in the gaps. All of our questions were answered and our follow questions were answered right away. My dad liked it so well he cancelled his tours with other facilities in the area. The care and concern of the marketing agent and the staff we met was genuine. So happy to find a great home for my dad!!!
