My sister passed away on January 12th. I had talked to her on January 6th. She had a bad cough and had to get off the phone. Did they call the doctor or the hospital?? I don’t know because I haven’t heard from the administrator, social services or the Nurse in charge. I have called all three of them and they have yet to return my call. They have also not returned the call of Mike Murphy the funeral director in Boulder, Colorado. My sister had MS and was confined to a wheelchair or the bed she needed help being transferred from one to the other. She could not do it by herself on numerous occasions she had to spend the weekend in bed because there was inadequate staff to transfer her from the bed to the wheelchair. In addition to that her diapers were not changed on a regular basis, and she ended up with UTIs from damp diapers. There is a total breakdown of communication between the patients the administrator and some of the staff don’t send your loved ones here unless you want to be totally frustrated.

We think the world of Katie and Arlene at Cedars! They truly go the extra mile for their residents. Arlene takes each new resident under her wing as they move in, helping with their needs and making them feel comfortable. Check them out for a tour any time - you don't need an appointment - you can just drop in! As they say, "we don't get ready - we stay ready." ;)

I had never visited this facility before, and I was genuinely impressed. The staff members were incredibly kind and energetic. The facility had recently undergone a complete renovation, and the new light hardwood floors added a cozy and inviting atmosphere. A big shout out to Arlene for providing me with such a fabulous and fun tour!

Recently toured the facility for a loved one of mines that is in need of rehab. Building was very clean and presentable. The gym itself had a variety of equipment and plenty of space for rehab exercises. Beautiful courtyard and very attentive, welcoming staff. Highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of finding good quality care.
