The entire staff of Cedarhurst is incredible! Addie, Taryn, Dee, Tee and staff are incredible. Kind, patient, loving, and attentive. Our dad has been at Cedarhurst for a little more than a year and all the amazing nurses and aides treat him like family. And now they are all a part of our family. The facility is beautiful and well maintained!

My dad has been a resident in the memory care of Cedarhurst for the last year. The facility and staff are amazing. Addie and Taryn, two of the nurses who care for the residents are caring, hardworking and phenomenal. The aides there as well are always there to help and genuinely care for the residents and see to all their needs. We are so fortunate to have are dad so well cared for.

My husband has resided at Cedarhurst for the past year. There are not enough superlatives to describe our experience from the very beginning. As is most often the case, we had little to no expertise in finding a place where he would be safe, comfortable, and well cared for. From the outset, Cheri guided us through the process, very often going out of her way to make his admission incredibly seamless. We would have been lost without her. I can honestly say there has not been a day that we have felt alone in this situation. His nurses treat him and us like family. Devonna could not be more compassionate, patient, and supportive, always available to explain things and work through issues, as his disease progresses. Addie is a miracle worker. We call her the senior whisperer. She is an angel from heaven and he is blessed to be in her care. We truly love her. All of the memory care staff is wonderful; helpful, responsive, and caring. His room is always clean and so is he. His aide, Dee, treats him like her own. We are so grateful. Now, a little about the facility. From the moment you enter the front door, you feel welcome. Ty and Dee always greet you with a friendly smile. They are always available to help with any questions you might have. Lovely gals. The food is delicious and, if by some chance he finds the menu of the day unappealing, the girls are always happy to order him an alternative meal. They are all very kind and try very hard to keep the residents happy. Shawn and her girls always have some activity planned to make the days more interesting. There is rarely a day that something special isn’t happening. There are games, music, art, just about anything you can think of. Lastly, every day when I leave the memory care unit, I pass through the assisted living area. I am always amazed and uplifted by how happy the people there are. They dine together, go on outings, attend the numerous planned in-house events. Never boring, that’s for sure. There is something for everyone at Cedarhurst. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our choice.

My FIL has been in memory care for 12 months. I visit him 3-4 times a week and there has not a day that has gone by that I have questioned the care that he has been receiving. The nursing staff, including Addie and Devonna, have been absolutely outstanding. The care and attention that they provide for him has always been filled with compassion. The support and love they have shown me as I navigate watching some I love with this horrible disease was extremely unexpected but so much appreciated. Dad’s aide, Dee, is truly a saint. She is patient, so incredibly caring and aware of his feelings and moods at all times. She never misses a beat. If you are looking for memory care, this is the place. The reception staff is always there to welcome you with a smile and if you leave in tears, as I have many times, someone is going to give you a hug before you walk out.
