My brother and I faced one of the most difficult decisions of our lives when our aunt's health began to decline and we could no longer provide the 24-hour care she needed and deserved. From the moment Aunt Lou arrived at Cedar Creek, we knew we had made the right choice. The entire staff treated her with kindness, dignity, and respect every single day. From the nurses and CNAs to the physical therapists, housekeeping staff, and cooks, everyone played a part in making her feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. Their dedication and compassion brought our family tremendous peace of mind during a challenging time. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care Aunt Lou received. The staff at Cedar Creek should be extremely proud of the difference they make in the lives of their residents and families every day. Thank you, Cedar Creek, for taking such wonderful care of our Aunt Lou. We will never forget the compassion and support you showed our family. NOT OUR PLACE, BAD SERVICE AND POLICIES! Well, I’m glad that my father is not there anymore and will not likely be returning. When this location sent him to the hospital (needed) because my father had an irregular temperature, they had already been told that his room would be financially covered. After a few days they put the pressure on my mother to make an immediate decision to hold his room or come get his personal belongings by the end of the day. Sadly my mother was at the hospital in Chicago and not in a condition to make an important decision. My niece had to drive out of her way to Lowell to pick up his belongings and deliver them to the house in the LOFS. Now my mother has to look for another location to accept my father for his needs.

Cedar Creek Health Campus is a great facility - beautiful, clean, and staffed with compassionate caregivers. After residing there for going on three years, my mother continues to be well cared for and treated like "one of the family." When she had to move to a different area of the facility, I was afraid she would have a hard time but she adjusted well. She is comfortable there and has made it her home. It's normal to find her taking walks or laughing with others. Staff are friendly and attentive to her needs. They are responsive to any concerns or needs that my mother or I have, are quick to find a solution, and keep me updated with outcomes. I appreciate that there are fun activities for the residents and lots of family events, too. I also appreciate the guidance and assistance I have received with the financial part of having a loved on in a care facility. Cedar Creek has been a good fit for my 86 year old mother. She is happy and well cared for which gives me much peace of mind. I am grateful.

Cedar Creek is a beautiful and clean facility where the staff is compassionate and treat their residents like their own family. Everyone is friendly and is willing to help in any way they are able. There are many activities to keep the residents engaged and many family events throughout the year. Knowing that my mom is in a safe place and is well cared for when I am unable to provide the care she needs gives me piece of mind and brings me comfort. Would highly recommend Cedar Creek whether someone needs short term rehab (therapy is terrific), assisted living, or long term care.
