Cascades of Grants Pass

We are profoundly grateful to Tara Bethel for the exceptional care, compassion, and support she has shown our dad. She guided him with patience and kindness through the transition to Independent Living and now to Assisted Living, making what could have been a very difficult time feel manageable and reassuring for all of us. Tara has consistently gone above and beyond, not only for our dad, but for our entire family! We will always be thankful for her dedication and genuine concern.

My mom has been a resident at Cascades of Grants Pass for several years and I have been totally impressed . She had become somewhat of a recluse living alone and now she has people that she dines with and visits with. The place always looks great and gives off a healthy atmosphere, the staff has always been helpful when needed and given my mom additional attention when needed, especially Tara she is great.

There are no words to fully express our family's heartfelt gratitude to both Tara and Amy at Cascades. Although my father-in-law was only there for a short time, the compassion, professionalism, and dedication they demonstrated left a lasting impact on our family. From my very first interaction with Tara, she was not only responsive but also deeply compassionate, always prioritizing the best interests of my father-in-law. She guided us through the process with care and expertise, ensuring we had all the information needed to make the best decision for our family. During our visits, we had the opportunity to tour all four facilities—cottages, independent living, assisted living, and memory care. At every level, we were met with kind, engaged staff members who clearly take great pride in their work. The facilities were impeccably maintained, and the dining options were both appealing and thoughtfully prepared. If you are searching for a place for yourself or a loved one, I truly believe you would be hard-pressed to find a more caring and well-run community than Cascades. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional, and we will always be grateful for the kindness and support we received.

I would not recommend this assisted living facility. The staff are inattentive and often unresponsive to residents' needs. The rooms are poorly maintained and not clean. Meals are often cold and lack variety. Overall, the environment feels neglected and unwelcoming. Very disappointed with my experience here.
