Our 97 year old mom has been living at Cascade Inn since December, she has a nice little room of her own and the staff has been very supportive and helpful, there’s a wonderful dining room there with great meal choices, a little movie theater, an in house beauty salon and lots of activities. She also has a friend that she has known since the 1950’s that lives there and she has made several new friends as well. If or when mom has any issues or concerns the nursing staff is very good about calling us and keeping us informed about anything going on with her, there’s even transportation available that we’ve used to get her to doctor appointments, very convenient and helpful! It’s very comforting to know that our dear mother is in such a pleasant place and being well cared for. Many thanks to all the helpful friendly staff who work there, their thoughtful care and kindness is greatly appreciated!

I just left Cascade Inn with a tour and I just must say that I have never came here and not felt welcome. My client always feels loved and understood and heard. The Staff at Cascade Inn genuinely cares for each resident. I've seen kindnesses all around during Mom's stay here from looking for foods Mom will eat... Thank you Natalya! Or even a hug when I needed one! So many times Caregivers have made my day brighter. They do it all with a smile. Thank you! Your friendly way you work is noticed and much appreciated!

The staff and facilities at The Cascade Inn are wonderful. My Dad has been treated with kindness and welcomed by all. It is a safe and fun environment for residents and their families. There are many activities and amenities - and the food is great too. Good job Chelsea and Staff. Thank you for everything.
