Overview
At Carroll Place, we provide thoughtful, compassionate care in a warm, lively senior living community and develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident. A full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.
Our residents engage in a variety of activities, such as bingo, live entertainment, creative kitchen fun, church services, and movie and popcorn night. We go on weekly outings to stores, restaurants, the bowling alley, and the movie theater.

As a recent resident of Carroll Place I waited for a couple of months before giving my opinion. The workers are great and dedicated. The management is incompetent. Took many months for a broken toaster to be replaced in the kitchen. The dishwasher hasn't worked since before I moved in. They said they knew all about VA benefits and would help. They did not and it has cost me a least $6,000 in back benefits. The food hasn't been good, but they have a new cook so hopefully it will get better. They are part of Lake House Senior Living. I hope they get a handle on this or I am moving back to my apartment.

The process of getting in and out of the building during the weekend is not assessable to visitors. Waited to go outside with mother in law for 15 minutes.

Carroll Place is phenomenal in their care of their residents. My mother has been a resident and they have have taken so good care of her. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly skilled at their jobs, at all levels. The facility itself is beautiful and clean.

The staff at Carroll Place is AMAZING! We have had a rough start, due to my father's health, and this team has been there for us every step. Every staff member that I have had contact with is so helpful, and to watch the relationship that they have with the residents is very comforting. Looking forward to a long relationship with these folks!
