The Springs at Wyandot Trail

I have had my wife Sally at The Springs since approximately January one of this year. The care and the staff have been exemplary. The staff is friendly helpful and they even help each other in any task. The food is excellent and varied. I explored several other care facilities in the area before deciding that The Springs was definitely the best. I have not regretted that decision for a moment. Many daily activities are planned for those who can participate, including outings to restaurants and stores. A special field trip was planned for my wife Sally to go back to where she was raised as a child specifically Jacob’s Ladder. All of the family was invited and a picnic was held. Not many facilities would plan an activity such as this. Make sure you check out The Springs before deciding I was a senior living facility. It has all levels from independent living to assisted living to full nursing and memory care. only the best for my wife.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the care my mother and brother are receiving at The Springs at Wyandot Trail, particularly in their memory care unit, Legacy. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the nursing staff truly go above and beyond to ensure each resident feels cared for and valued. The Facility is new and impeccably maintained, creating a welcoming and clean environment that feels like home. The activity directors are fantastic, providing residents with unique and engaging opportunities. One unforgettable experience was their winter activity where my mother got to "skate" on the ice rink while sitting in a wheelchair. She had never had that chance before, and seeing her joy was priceless! They also host monthly brunches for family members, with food that's always top-notch, making it a wonderful way to connect with other families and staff, My brother, who has Alzheimer's, transitioned from another facility in Lancaster to The Springs, and we have noticed significant improvement in him since the move. Every time I leave, I feel a sense of happiness and peace knowing they are in such good hands. The staff knows us (me and my siblings) by name, which adds a personal touch that makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend The Springs at Wyandot Trail to anyone looking for a loving and supportive place for their loved ones. My mother and brother truly are in a great place.

We looked around at many places for our Mother and The Springs At Wyandot Trail was the Best By Far. The entire staff is outstanding! Super Clean facilities. Fantastic food. Can’t say enough nice things about our experience there. 5 Stars is an easy choice for rating The Springs at Wyandot Trail!

My parents reside at The Springs, one in independent living and one in the health center (24 hour care). I cannot begin to describe how happy our family is with this facility. My parents are treated not just as residents, but as valued members of a community. My mother receives outstanding nursing care, is treated with respect and dignity, and has a fun relationship with her caregivers. My father has made friends with whom he eats meals and attends activities, and is greeted by name by staff wherever he is in the building. Both of them compliment the food and the people who serve it. We could not ask for more than the outstanding experience we've gotten. I could not recommend this facility more.
