Sami gave us our two tours. The first tour was for me and my husband to check the place out before my Dad toured. Sami was personable and caring. She gave us a thorough tour of the place including a tour of the guest suite. The guest suite is an apartment that is used for guests wanting a trial overnight stay before committing. The facilities are very nice and well maintained. My Dad is currently on the waitlist. Thank you Carolina Bay for the hospitality.

Our experience with Carolina Bay has been very welcome & has eased any anxiety we might have re: our future move here. Getting to this decision is not easy, but CB approaches this process with patience, kindness and professional guidance along the way. Samantha, marketing director, welcomes us anytime we request additional visits, more information, etc to further enhance what we know will be a positive experience. The residents here appear to be happy, very busy with the many activities offered at CB, and to receive the attention they need when they need it. While the decision to leave the wonderful neighborhood we now live in will be difficult, we know that when the time arrives, we will have made the right decision, and this transition will be made easier with the help of Carolina Bay, and its exceptional staff.

We all know growing older is not for the faint heart. However, if you are seeking an enthusiastic endorsement for the process look no further. Catherine Lea and her caring team at Carolina Bay are ready to help you make the transition an exciting adventure. Catherine provided an amazing and comprehensive tour of the CB community. The positive energy resonated w/my husband and I and it was felt as well by the residents and their fur babies. Our only disappointment was when the tour ended. We didn't want to leave- it was as uplifting experience. JMS

Catherine Lea was professional, informative & sincere.....+ Charming! She provided the time we needed & she drilled down into the type of detail we required to make a decision.....given her gracious effort to make us comfortable, her understanding of the challenge in making such a decision + the stunning campus made our decision quite easy. We paid the wait list while there! Hopefully one day in the not to distant future we will be a resident in Bldg 1 of the Garden Flats. Cheers!
