Recently moved my parents into Carolina Bay from out of state. We had a great experience moving in and getting settled. The staff is courteous and generous with their time. The residents are welcoming and friendly. Very pleased with our first set of interactions with the community!

What a pleasant surprise — from our first visit to the lovely Carolina Bay setting, to signing our lease everything was resident oriented and well thought out.
