I was extremely impressed when we came to tour the IL facility for our loved one. The decor and the atmosphere are bar none. It is clean and well maintained and felt like a fancy place without being pretentious. There was a buzz in the building, residents were enjoying each other's company and spending time participating in activities. And there were so many activities available everyday. There were lots of outings to choose from as well. The full service dining room and medical transportation were also big draws for this facility. The tour was great. Not only were the apartments very spacious and well lit, but the staff were phenomenal. We were greeted with smiles at every turn from the front desk to the servers, to the housekeepers to the office staff. They all seemed genuinely excited about a new resident and were so friendly. Highly recommend! Your loved one will not be lonely or bored at all!

My family has had a great experience with this nursing facility. The staff is very attentive, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen. Nursing management is especially attentive. Wounds were consistently well cared for and any concerns received immediate attention. Management is easy to approach and genuinely willing to hear our concerns, which makes a big difference. We haven’t had this level of communication or responsiveness at other facilities, so it really stands out. We’ve especially noticed positive changes at the facility with the new Director of Nursing she’s clearly working hard to improve things, is very approachable, and even provided her personal phone number to ensure any concerns are addressed. It’s reassuring to see leadership so involved and committed to providing great care.

I know my Mother is in good hands here! The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. This facility is the cleanest of all the facilities we toured. My Mother loves being here and has already made new friends. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This is such a nice and friendly place. Their staff are so welcoming and helpful. The facility has recent updates and is very clean and well kept. It is spacious, nicely decorated, and has lots of amenities. It was nice to see so much activity and interaction between the staff and the residents. They had lots of opportunities to be social and involved. No getting bored here, and such a nice environment for a loved one to be. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place for your loved one to call home! They will not disappoint.
