Carillon at Belleview Station

Carillon at Belleview Station is an amazing place. I love how welcoming everyone is in this facility is the moment you walk in. It’s always looking clean and presentable! The here are all amazing people. They do their best to keep the residents entertained, satisfied and safe. I always have great experiences here! I’ve come to really appreciate and enjoy my time with all the residents I work with and the staff I interact with daily. This is the best Senior living facility I’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for a home for your loved ones this is the place for them!

Carillon at Belleview Station has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The facility itself is modern, impeccably maintained, and exudes a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, it's clear that a high standard of care and attention to detail is a priority. The food is fantastic and thoughtfully prepared, offering both quality and variety that residents can truly enjoy. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, excelling at meeting the needs of all residents. Their dedication is evident in every interaction. We recently moved a loved one into the memory care unit, Monarch House, and I have been overwhelmingly impressed by the level of patience and care my family member receives daily. The staff's empathetic and skilled approach ensures that residents feel valued and supported. A special acknowledgment goes to Mary, the life enrichment director, who is exceptional at engaging each resident at their own level. Her genuine care and creative efforts to bring out the best in every individual are truly inspiring. The caregivers, led by Darby and including Evelyn, are equally remarkable, ensuring that all residents have what they need and feel comfortable and cared for. Carillon at Belleview Station is a shining example of what a senior living community should be. Their commitment to excellence in care, hospitality, and resident well-being makes them stand out. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a supportive, enriching environment for their loved ones.

My parents were at Carillon for several years and were surrounded by caregivers that became family. The caregivers are incredible, kind, and compassionate humans. Unfortunately, in the midst of grieving the loss of my dad, the administration fell short of their duties which resulted in us having to move my mom to a different memory care facility after months of planning to move her to Monarch. This was devastating to us all, but especially her. Losing the love of her life and the community she felt safe in, all within a six week period, was heartbreaking to watch. I will never forget the trauma we experienced here during one of the most painful times of our life. I pray no other residents and families go through this. I can't say enough good things about the memory care at Carillon at Belleview Station. The staff work hard to make residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued. The environment is warm and welcoming, with thoughtful touches that help residents feel at home. A special mention goes to the memory care activity staff, who are simply outstanding. They bring so much energy, creativity, and compassion to the community. I love coming into the building to teach my science classes to the residents, and can see firsthand how hard they work. Their activities are always engaging and tailored to the abilities and interests of each resident. From music and art to games and gentle exercise (which I happily enjoy coming early to participate in with the residents!), there's always something meaningful happening. They make all the residents feel included and valued. It is very clear they are passionate about enriching the lives of those in memory care, and it makes a world of difference for the residents.
