The four stars I gave is for the staff and some of the head staff, im not going to give any names except one that really bugs me from the first meeting we went to when he joined the team to cadence, is something he said that stuck in my head and that was , he had his grandma in a place and that’s why he was going to work hard for the memory care residence but we been there for 2 years and I never saw him to come and check or talk to anyone 😞 The next thing they need to fix is that big chef 👨🍳 that he calls him self a big chef!!! The food that he prepares is for the dogs and maybe not good enough for the dogs !!! I have a few pictures but more horrible food then this , the soups are like water no taste, and the sandwiches the bread and the meat is hard and stringy!! For the money we pay they should serve better food and desserts they used to have pie , cakes, cookies and ice cream but now is ice cream every day and freezer burn. So sad to work so hard all your life and be treated like you are worthless and you don’t count. I’m there visiting every day and bring food for my family member . If Someone that really cares please help this people. Thank you 🙏

My family was happy that my father got to spend the last year of his life at Cadence, in the Memory Care section. The care staff were patient and attentive, and even though his dementia progressed to the point he was ornery and standoffish, the Med Tech Althea connected with him and was able to get him to laugh and smile when no one else seemed to be able to, including his family. Was everything perfect? No. But the staff was always willing to meet and discuss, and address anything that was needed. Anyone who has had to deal with a loved one in advanced stages of dementia understand the struggle in seeing them as a different person than they were; but Cadence provided a home that he was comfortable in and staff that allowed him to be as much of himself as he could be. Thank you!

The assisted living with memory care is the worst place I have ever seen. The staff except Sonia never showed smiling faces to residents who are all Alzheimer’s patients. They are even ruled to some family members. I paid 10K per month and have to pay another 10K to private aids to take care of my husband. The only time I need their help is 30 minutes lag before my night shift aid comes to work. Even in this 30 minutes, I was repeatedly asked to be patient because they are busy with other important resident. 3 staff service one patient but not serve my easygoing husband because they think he is not important.

A beautiful place to call home. My brothers and I visited to see if this would be a good fit for our mom. I have some exposure to senior living homes, but my brothers did not. Lindsey was wonderful in explaining what Cadence has to offer and their vision for a full lifestyle experience. They were very impressed (I had already been to social events and worked with a client considering a move in). We will be in touch! Wonderful place to have right in our own community.
