I do not feel welcomed in my own home. Some staff members; including the administrator Sandy and the LPNs consistently behave in ways that are unfriendly, dismissive and unapproachable. Many residents, myself included, feel unsafe speaking up because when concerns are raised, we are told we can move rather than having our situations acknowledged or addressed. I want to feel safe, welcomed, and treated with basic respect. Right now, it feels as though we've been placed in this facility to fade away instead of being supported to live with dignity, security and a sense of belonging!!

My mom has called Buffalo Crossings home for the last 3 years and it has lived up to all my expectations. Great staff, Nice facility!!

My mom lived at the lovely Buffalo Crossings for three years. She seems to enjoy eating and chatting with nice & sweet ladies every three meals daily. She is happy to live in the studio room making her feel comfortable homely. She usually likes to watch movies and book club groups and enjoys listening to music, too. Furthermore, She enjoys taking out with the group on mini trips. The staff members and nurses are friendly to take care of my mom and others, too. We are confident that they are taking good care of my mom. We thank you for your pleasant manners.

Easter Sunday dinner was excellent. Everyone is very friendly. My father is 93 and is very happy at buffalo crossing.
