As a resident, you will be able to choose your own pet-friendly apartment from 12 different floor plans, with options like full kitchens, balconies, terraces, as well as two-bedroom companion suites. Ciel of Vernon Hills is the best! I had the pleasure of trying a meal during a tour and it was better than any restaurant I have ever been to! The Chef was so kind and came out to introduce himself during our meal. Not only was the food great, but the residents were having so much fun at the activities that was going on during my tour. Everyone looked and seemed so happy! The Executive Director, Laura, has done a great job at making the facility 5 stars. I highly recommend Ciel of Vernon Hills!!

We had an excellent experience with the maintenance team at Ciel of Vernon Hills! They did a fantastic job taking care of everything we requested. They ran a cable to the bedroom TV in a very neat and professional way, taking the time and care to hide it behind the baseboard. They also installed a new toilet and replaced the broken bathroom heater. Everything was handled beautifully, with great attention to detail. We really appreciate their hard work, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. A big thank-you to the maintenance team for a job exceptionally well done

my mom Is in memory care. When you find out that your mother is sick, and nobody calls you to tell you she’s sick that is not acceptable. So she started getting sick on a Friday. I went to visit her on a Sunday and that’s when I was informed she was sick. Unfortunately, I know your nurses are very busy but when you text them or call to see how your mother is feeling, and you don’t get a. Return phone call it’s very frustrating. And this is not just when my mom is sick. This is lately anytime that I have tried to call and or text. I do not get a return phone call. I do have a suggestion when the staff is changing and or getting the Patient ready for the day, it would be very helpful if they would explain what they’re doing So the patient is aware, and may be a little bit more comfortable. The only other complaint I have is after her laundry is done, there are times that her clean clothes are not put away for weeks. Again, I know you’re CNA‘s are very busy and your staff is very busy, but if they don’t have the time to do that, then I wish they would talk to the families to see if the families would like to help or take over. I have done this two times in the past two months I have had to put away the clothes and organize it. And unfortunately, why doing that I found wet clothes on the bottom of her closet that were never put in the dirty clothes. Other than these three issues, I think they’re doing a great job.

I like it here. I have fun, the place is so pretty. Some staff are wonderful. Darren the bus driver is so kind and helpful. He really cares about us. Lauren P Is a fabulous activities person. She is smart and is always full of energy She makes my day a pleasure. Elly in the bistro makes eating there a delight
