I had such a great experience with Brookdale! Virginia was incredibly helpful and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire process so much easier. I honestly felt like this establishment might not fit into my lifestyle until I moved here. I have been racially harassed. I have become the subject of derision by some residents. The management is not forthright about your billing and has overcharged me every month I have lived here and refuses to remove the charges, nor allow me to move into a smaller apartment in spite of promises to. Anyone can look up the hundreds of law suites against the company, several of them are class action. I'm preparing to move from here, and have already retained legal assistance, because I expect to be sued for a community fee that is not administered by the corporation. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My parents 89 and 90 have been at Brookdale Tamarac for quite a while now. The staff is amazing, from the Director Virginia, front desk, all the managers all the way to the kitchen and cleaning staff all efficient kind and always there when you need them. I can’t say enough for every aspect of living at Brookdale. My 90 yr old Dad fell and was taken by ambulance where he spent 12 days in the hospital then to rehab for another 3 weeks. This staff surrounded my Mom with compassion and support making sure she was good, after 69 years of marriage she really needed this and she sure got it at Brookdale. Can’t recommend Brookdale Tamarac enough if you need a great place to live.
