After a fun-filled day, everyone needs their own personal space to relax and recharge—a space you can call home. With 10 apartment plans for you to choose from before move-in day, you're sure to find the perfect match that just feels right. We have apartments that range from studios to two-bedroom villas, complete with a garage and screened patio. No matter what floor plan you choose, though, your space will come outfitted with a private bathroom, spacious closets, and lovely windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Since our community offers three levels of customized care, our care staff can help with a wide range of activities. And if your needs change over time, it's an easy transition to one of our other care programs. With independent living, you get to enjoy perks like housekeeping and restaurant-style dining, so you can focus on doing more of what you love. If you need an extra hand every now and then with things like dressing, grooming, or medication management, assisted living may be a good fit for you.

We also offer a memory care program designed to help seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia thrive. Our program is built on a person-centric approach, where we provide residents with a daily structured path of engagement to help strengthen cognitive, physical, and social skills. This may include activities like clustered group discussions, art therapy, and walking groups. Our care staff is also here to help with more involved tasks, such as getting around campus or dining assistance.

Our campus was built from the ground up with safety top of mind, which is why we have a 24-hour security system installed on the grounds. You’ll also find comfort in knowing that we have care staff on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to any emergencies.

Brookdale Southside is conveniently located in the Bay Meadows area, just off Southside Blvd, with St. Vincent Medical Center Southside and Southside Square Shopping Center a stone's throw away.
