I absolutely love it here. Everyone is really sweet and for the most part they're super happy as well. I love to hear people from older generations talk about their life stories. I dont think enough of today's generation of kids spends enough time talking to the elderly. They have so much to teach us.

My mom recently moved into Brookdale Rose Valley, the entire process was made much easier because of the entire staff being so helpful and supportive of my mom and our family. The facility is very nice and my mom is very comfortable. Special thanks to Chelsea who is always available if we need something.

I have a friend who just moved there in the last year or so. Some of the residents are very unfriendly and diwn right rude to her. When she says good morning, they ignore her or tell her to leave their friends are coming. It is a shame she feels unwelcomed! Any thoughts on changing the attitude of residents to be more friendly. Of course, she isn't from the area. That causes issues I'm sure. Thanks
