I just want to say how Jodie Laib goes way above and beyond in her job at Brookdale Park Place. She reaches out to the residents and looks for the needs that they have. She is cheerful. Makes them feel important and independent. She helps in any capacity that she can and she keeps a great attitude. The residents absolutely love her. And she loves them!I’m so glad that she is a part of the Brookdale team. Don’t let this one go. She’s a gem! I see this personally with how she interacts with my dad! He has the beginnings of dementia and cannot remember anyone’s name. But he remembers hers!

Brookdale Park Place has created a comfortable, safe, secure environment where staff members interact in friendly, kind, and respectful ways with all the residents. In short, they care. They care the residents are happy, healthy and socially connected. They encourage laughter and fun, joy and fulfillment for all. They are responsive to the unique health and safety needs of our loved one. Family is welcome and community engagement is a priority for the management team. I would highly recommend.

If you bring your family members here. They won't be looked after. They promise so many things and never follow through. The staff is great but they short staff it on purpose to give management bonuses. They have the highest death rate here out of any facility. It's cheaper to have an in home care giver. The sales team will sell you lies and I've witnessed first hand them saying they have nursing staff on site at all times and they don't.
