Affinity at Mirabeau

Everyone (staff and residents) were so helpful and friendly on our tour. The place is immaculate, so many activities, and amenities. We went on a tour on my Dads birthday and they made him a welcome sign, got him a card, and cupcake too. My Dad decided to move in, and Amanda, Sharon, and Britney we all so helpful with any questions we had and never made me feel like a pain for my multiple calls for questions. This is a place that has something for everyone and I and my Dad highly recommend it.

I have lived here since the first week that Affinity At Mirabeau opened! The staff and the maintenance crew and the Cleaning person, are very professional and attentive. This is a Is 62 and older, active independent, community driven living resort! You get out of it what you put into it! We have a lot of fun here, As well, we should after all those years of working! No place is perfect so if you’re a perfectionist, Or feel like because of your age or your health conditions or your personality that you should be more attended to then perhaps this is not the place for you-But if you are still able to function independently, want to feel safe, want to only write one check at the beginning of the month, and want to be social on some days and private on other days then this is the place for you! You will be Greeted in the hallways and at functions with a happy group of people ! Good job Affinity At Mirabeau!! Been here Since August 7, 2022 and have signed a lease for 2024-2025

I see where I have put 5 stars right after I moved here because we had just arrived and I loved what I saw. Let me update after being here for about 17 months now. I still love it here. My husband and I have met some great people who reside here and some not so great people who reside here...as is typical for everywhere you go. I have no complaints with any of the staff here as all my requests have been taken care of to my liking. Are there challenges when living in a community of retired professionals?? Heck, yeah! But that's what makes it so interesting and downright fun, in my opinion. However, I still feel that this is the best community of caring and supportive people that I could hope for. You get back what you put out there. DualPath has helped with any problems we have encountered. Sometimes, we have to reboot the TV or Internet but that's to be expected with anything wireless. I feel very safe here with one possible exception. We have had some break-ins with cars or garages but we live where there are people. And where there are people, there are thieves. Out door security cameras for the parking lot would be great. I don't know of anyone who lives here would object to their privacy being effected, since that may be a concern. Sorry, long post but this is my second Affinity that I have lived in and I'm very happy with all of it. 😊

I consider myself lucky to belong to such wonderful Community. Affinity @ Mirabeau is one of the best places we can live in and rightfully deserves 5 stars!
