If you move to Brookdale Orland Park, an assisted living and memory care community in Orland Park, Illinois, you’ll be able to enjoy the right combination of quality care and independence — all under one roof.
Cooking, cleaning, lawn care and property maintenance are our responsibility, which means the mundane and monotonous chores that used to be on your to-do list are officially off your plate. Now you have more time than ever before to spend time with family and friends or enjoy your favorite hobbies.
You can always spend time off-campus, but many of our residents enjoy participating in community events right here at home. You can quickly turn to our recreational calendar to find all kinds of exciting activities, such as:

No matter which community you’re joining, you can rest assured that your care is covered. We work together before you move in to create a custom care plan that’s right for you. You can choose just how much or how little help you want throughout the day, and we’ll be there to accommodate you. Some residents want assistance with things like bathing and dressing, while others prefer us to help manage medication and coordinate with outside healthcare providers.
Regardless of the amount of help you need, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency.

Brookdale Orland Park has been a godsend to me. I was mentally preparing for my loved one to pass due to his illnesses. Brookdale was referred to me. I flew in from South Carolina and toured the facility. There was no hesitation this was the right place. My loved one is now flourishing from the attention given, the inclusion at meal times, and his independence in his own apartment. The staff is remarkable and the environment even better. We are blessed.

Our decision to find the most appropriate best-fit alternate to Mom no longer being able to either return to her home, or to live with family, was life-changing for her as well as us. We knew a place had to be able to meet her healthcare needs and her social needs, as well as her need to continue to feel independent. Brookdale met all our family needs for each of us. At Brookdale, Mom is always doing something, surrounded by people with whom she can share conversations, activities and laughs; staff who care for and about her well-being; but most of all, Mom is in a community in which she is safe.

The care my Mom has received at Brookdale is great. The staff that actually provides the daily care for my Mom are very kind and compassionate. The administration, however, is awful. There is ZERO communication. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. The only times we have even been able to meet with them are by NOT prior arrangement. When we actually did get a meeting, we were promised everything would be taken care of. At last report, the request for a light bulb replacement was over 1 month ago and still waiting.

I have dealt only with the Memory Care staff. However, I have nothing but good things to say about them. The Brookdale Memory Care team has created a family environment for the people who live there. Jennifer Silas is an amazing leader and her staff go above and beyond everyday. My aunt is thriving, and enjoying her time there. I know she feels safe and cared for. She is doing things she would never do before. Such as going out for lunch adventures. My aunt seems more confident and comfortable in the Brookdale environment. If she needs anything, Jennifer and staff let us know right away. I appreciate the communication with myself and family members. It has been timely and reassuring. For my Aunt, Brookdale Memory Care and their Team, gave her back a life to enjoy. That makes my heart happy.
