My mother moved to Brookdale Kingsley in February of 2024. I had noticed that she was having aging issues and really needed assistance and to be around other people. She did very well for 6 months and loved playing bingo and going out on excursions each week. Meal times were lively and she enjoyed talking with new friends. Within 6 months, she had some health issues and started a slow cognItive decline. The staff was very aware and watched her more closely and kept me well-informed. By December, it was time for her to go to Memory Care. Every step of the way, the staff was helpful and encouraging and willing to just listen as the transition can be difficult for family members. The staff kept me informed about how she was doing in her new area(it was a great thing for her!). Kingsley feels like family!! I live 4 hours away but they call me if there’s an issue and I feel comfortable calling and checking in at anytime. Everyone has been so kind.

Very responsive and helpful! From the time we contacted Robin, she answered all of our questions and provided a walk through of the facility via FaceTime. She understood our urgency of finding a place for mom and jumped through hoops getting her a room in a matter of days. Rikki Brown has found her calling as the Executive Director of the facility. She fosters a team of caring, respectful and knowledgeable personnel. We are out of state, and the entire team at Brookdale Kingsley has been very responsive and usually gets back to us immediately or within an hour or two. Our mom has adjusted well and is always raving about how nice everyone is. The facility is very clean and well maintained. They offer activities daily and encourage involvement. They truly go the extra mile of providing a warm home setting. Rikki, Faith, Lynn, Lou and Katie are amazing! Thank you!

Thank you Rikki for making my grandmother feel special and at home. The moment we walked into Kingsley we were greeted by Lou who is amazingly bubbly. Took a tour with Rikki who introduced us to Patty in Memory Care who is a Godsend. Connie was very thorough with financials and extremely knowledgeable in what she does. Couldn’t have found a better place for my grandmother. I would definitely recommend this community to everyone.

The corporation needs to pays its front line patient care workers better . The turnover is ridiculous. They, at corporate, need to have better meals that have a healthier diet. The people in the facility are very nice.
