Whitby Pointe has been by far one of the best senior living communities I could have picked for my grandmother. I looked at other communities in the area and didn’t feel the warmthness when I walked in like I did at Whitby Pointe. Angela the Executive Director is very approachable and you can see how much she cares for the community. Jessica the Wellness Director is amazing. She made my grandmother feel at home and went over step by step everything needed for her health wellbeing. I would highly recommend Whitby Pointe to anyone looking for senior living for their loved one. You won’t be disappointed.

I cannot speak highly enough about this assisted-living facility! My mother has been there for the past month due to a stroke. From the excellent executive director, Angela, to the amazing maintenance man, Mike, they don’t skip a beat! In the mornings, at breakfast, everybody is helping all the residents, making sure everyone has what they need. The staff is very kind and nurturing to my mother. They go the extra mile to make sure she has what she needs and she is comfortable.I couldn’t have found a better place in San Antonio for my mom!

told me deposit was a 1000 then changed it to 2000. Told me it was 2650 then changed it to 2800. verbal means nothing record what they quote you or it will change in writing. told me i could was dads clothing Nurse gave hard and accused me of washing my own clothing. Wow if we pay nearly 3000 a month you think i do not have a washing machine at home and the extra work to bring clothing in to save on water and electricity. Please

They only think of bottom dollar and did not offer a refund for the days my father in law was not at location. Nurse left dad’s side and fell with wheel chair. Have video of the fall
