We offer daily activities including gentle workout classes, walking clubs and music appreciation workshops as part of our industry-leading Clare Bridge program. And the community is outfitted with easy-to-navigate floors, soothing colors, safe enclosed spaces and a 24-hour security system.
You’ll have several floor plans to choose from, each with large sunny windows and spacious living areas. We’re pet-friendly so your furry friends can move in too. Mom has lived at Brookdale for 2 years now and is very happy there. With only one exception that I know of and frequently changing it seems, all staff have treated her with kindness and respect. They make sure she and her apartment are safe, clean and comfortable. The facility is well kept and smells fine. The food is mostly average, and excellent on several occasions. If I discover something that needs to be addressed, staff are quick to take care of it. I recommend Brookdale Madison West to anyone looking for a warm and comfortable place for their senior loved one to live.

Brookdale Madison West is a gorgeous campus, but as much as the facility speaks for itself, it’s the staff and caregivers who truly make this a special senior living community. This is somewhere I would absolutely feel comfortable sending a loved one.

My mother has been part of the Brookdale Madison West community for almost three years now. The staff here really care and make sure all her needs are met. The nursing staff is so knowledgeable and really take good care of her. The Executive Director Robin really has gone above and beyond for her and our family. Robin has done so many wonderful things to make the community an even better place to live. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

• Robyn and the staff at Brookdale Madison West: I want to tell you how very fortunate we feel that we discovered your marvelous home. It is the perfect home for my Mother-in Law. Not only because of the beautiful facility design which reflects much forethought of resident needs. But especially because of you, Robyn, and your caring, cheerful, loving staff, Lisa, Crystal, Keva, Jasmine, Shakira, Mavis, and Tiesha, to name just a few. Your aides work very hard to prepare good meals, keep the house spotless and the bedrooms clean and tidy. They do the laundry, provide the medication, and special meal needs and beverages. And keep residents clean, groomed and comfortable, and make them feel content and valued. This means so much to me, as a family member, and especially to our mother, whom you all help to feel her best each day. Your arrangement for the Doctor and his staff to come to Brookdale Madison West Claire Bridge to see the residents is so helpful to the residents, Robyn, as well as the families. Tiesha and Mavis stay on top of all the medication and health needs, and Crystal, and you communicate with the families about our loved ones. You and your staff arrange for podiatry, medication delivery, and other care needs. You went to the hospital to be with my mother, talk to the ER doctor, and then brought her back to Brookdale. The quality of daily care for your residents is very important to you, and you care that they have fun times as much as they are able. You provide barbecues and family holiday gatherings, including food, music,games, and wonderful gifts. In so many special ways, you truly demonstrate your love and concern for your residents. You know the emotional toll having a family member with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias has on the families, and you are there to support us in every way you can. The Brookdale staff all gives loving care to the residents and therefore, peace of mind to the families. You truly help us get through this. Thank you. Thank you. And Thank you!!
