    Joe was the one who guide us on our tour through Heritage at Middleton. He was very professional. Answered all questions even in introduced us to some of the tenants. My brother who will be the one that would be living. There is very impressed. Size of the Apartment and easy access to the restroom, kitchen area, and deck make for a stress-free situation. Also, the dinning areas, bistro area in the mini opportunities for activities and to meet new friends ate all positive transformation opportunities my brother to ease into a new living situation.

    I got a tour today at the Middleton location. Joe was extremely helpful with all my questions. He made me feel like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The facility is absolutely amazing.

    Joe D., Executive Director, spent 2.25 hours on our tour, which was so impressive! He took a lot of time to work with me and my mother in law to get to know her, tour the facility and ask questions. He and the staff are highly committed to Heritage and genuinely caring about their residents. Ciara, the Life Enrichment Coordinator, introduced herself, and Nicole, the Director, came to my mother in law’s rehab to sign paperwork. Joe was a wealth of information, always available, and responsive. We’re excited to be joining the Heritage family!

    Very nice tour of the facilities. Clean, well maintained and the residents I encountered seemed happy. Loved the overall philosophy as explained to me and their ability to provide ongoing care.
