Nursing staff are wonderful. Attentive. Friendly. The place is clean and well maintained. Our only complaint, and it’s a very real problem, is the food. They absolutely hate it. I don’t think it’s the selection, it’s the taste of the food. It’s the ONLY thing I hear them complain about.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Yes they have a problem with not having enough staff, just like many other places. Residents doesn't seem to get the care they deserve. They will lie about the price to get your loved one to move in. Then a month later the price goes up. Within 4-6 months the price will be double or even triple. The room they show you when you do a tour is nothing like the room your love one gets. They have housekeeping, but the rooms aren't very clean (stuff all over carpet, poop on walls and around the toilet, dirty dishes/flatware laying around in rooms). Again I wouldn't recommend living or working at this place. They definitely need to hire new people to run this place. They need more compassionate/empathetic people.

I would very much recommend this facility for your loved ones. My mom loves the food, and the staff really knows and pays attention to her and to all the residents.
