Our trained staff will help with things like medication management, dressing, bathing and coordinating outside healthcare providers. We’ll serve you delicious meals in our restaurant-style dining room and help tackle the housework, giving you more time to relax and have fun. And while you’re off living your best life, you can take comfort in knowing that our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency.
Our industry-leading Clare Bridge memory care program helps loved ones with Alzheimer’s or dementia live a meaningful life. We lead residents down a daily path of enrichment, giving them opportunities to nurture their current skills and explore various hobbies and passions. This includes research-backed activities like gentle fitness classes, arts and dance events and brain-boosting trivia. We’ll also help with bathing, dressing, dining and mobility.
Each apartment home includes large sunny windows, a spacious living area and a private bathroom. You’ll enjoy relaxing in our cozy communal spaces, like the sunlight-filled dining room and charming living room. Our outdoor spaces also are inviting, with beautifully landscaped grounds, a safely enclosed courtyard patio, wrap-around porch and scenic walking paths. We also have an on-site salon, game room, guest suites and library.

We've had a very good experience with Brookdale Lakeview Crossing. The staff is attentive and genuinely kind. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming feeling from the spacious front entry to the comfortable lobby. The communication from the team is consistent and they're responsive when we have questions and concerns. It's also reassuring to know that there's medical support on-site when needed. The nurses are wonderful, caring and engaged with their residents. Always available to answer a question or simply catch up with friendly conversation. The maintenance team/cleaners/ aides are attentive. It has not gone unnoticed that improvements have been made in this area and are very much appreciated. The activities offered help keep residents engaged, and the meals seem to be thoughtfully planned with both nutrition and variety in mind. Staff members are friendly and appear to really make an effort to make meal time/choices positive. My parents didn’t plan on this choice in life but this facility has given us peace of mind knowing our loved one is in good hands. We're grateful for the care and support they provide.

Lakeview has been very good for my mother. The nurses are very nice and caring. the facilities are well maintained. I really appreciate the 360 nurses and the gals in my mother's area. They have been great, and care for my mom. They have the patience of saints when it come to dementia care. Thank you for all you do.

Our uncle is happy and says he feels everyone takes very good care of him at Brookdale. Rebecca andJerrie are great and have been helpful since he has moved in. We are thankful for the care he is given.
