The staff at Discovery are a great group of people. The reason that we picked this facility is that my brother and I could tell that the staff truly cares - they are not just a number. They don't get bogged down with red tape, they handle the little things on the spot whenever possible. From the receptionists, to the sales team, to the dining room staff, everyone is dedicated to making sure your family member is not only safe, but also feels welcome and happy. My dad moved to Discovery back in December 2025 and we are very happy we chose the right place for him.

Working in healthcare myself, I highly recommend Discovery Village Hoffman Estates for both independent and assisted living. The community team is very experienced in senior living and truly cares about every resident. They work as a team to ensure every resident is happy and as independent as possible. The community itself is very clean and well kept with a beautiful outdoor area and newly updated common areas. Any senior would be lucky to call Discovery Village Hoffman Estates home.

Discovery Village is a wonderful place to live! The renovations look beautiful, the amenities are superior, but most importantly, the staff that works there are truly the most caring and compassionate people I have the privilege to work alongside side with as a Primary Care group coming in providing services to their residents. Everyone from Brooke, Noreen, Mona, Karla and Josie (to name a few) have the best interest in mind for ALL their residents. They help guide them, talk to them, are very involved in giving direction where they are able to. They do not leave any stone unturned. The residents all seem extremely happy there, and there’s always some form of an activity going on to keep them socially active, engaged and entertained. I have first hand observed this and hear this feedback from the residents themselves. I hear the food is good too! If you’re looking for somewhere to send your loved one, or for yourself, Discovery Village Hoffman Estates should be on your list. They really do it right.

The renovations look fantastic — the new updates really brighten up the community. The management and staff genuinely care about the residents’ well-being and make you feel truly welcome. Plus, there are a variety of great activities that keep everyone engaged and active. It’s clear they prioritize comfort and quality of life here. Highly recommend!
