With a CCRC, you’ll be prepared with the care you might need down the road. If you need skilled nursing care while recovering from surgery, no problem. And just in case, our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency.

The facility is very nice, beautiful, and clean! I met with Tony and I believe Zorah and they were both very sweet and easy to talk to! I also spoke with an aid while I was waiting for my interview to start I did not get her name but she was very kind as well! The front desk staff are sweet and full of smiles also! The two gentlemen who worked the valet parking are supper polite!

My brother-in-law and I needed to find the best place for my sister with dementia. Brookdale filled all of our requirements. The Sales Manager asked all of questions, spent a lot of time with us explaining everything, and guided us through the whole process, she was great. (5 stars for her) Everyone was wonderful, kind and considerate. All of the residents and their families are very happy there. Everything is clean and inviting. I would recommend Brookdale to everyone. It makes me feel at ease. My sister in a week has already shown signs of improvement and feels comfortable there. Thank you Brookdale Hamilton Joanne Clare

So we have been a couple times now to visit a friend of ours who is there. He's in the rehab or skilled nursing area, not sure. Its on the ground floor. So FOR THIS AREA of Brookdale, (because I have zero idea what the other floors are like and I know personally that places will have a spot just for looks. Not to be negative but it is fact. ) One of the things I did like a lot was there was no stink in the wing our friend is staying, no urine or body odors from people not getting cared for in a relatively timely manner. So for that area, it says something, and I would hope that applies to all areas of Brookdale, but again I did not visit those floors. The rooms, although a bit spartan, seem to be kept clean, and he does have some space for personal belongings, there is a TV and phone. Have not seen the TV on, we presume it works. although our friend did fuss about the food, he is gaining weight and food we have seen looks to be decent, for hospital style food. They seem to be getting him a lot of the PT/OT he needs. Overall he seems to be doing well and getting basic care and hygeine which we are happy to see.

My tour visit was very positive! Dana Tate was our host and she was very gracious & friendly. The facility was welcoming. It was clean and orderly. The corridors were bright & cheerful and the furnishings were well maintained. The units we visited were a nice size and the appliances were modern. There was sufficient closet space and the units had a hook up for a washer & dryer. All units had a small patio. Dana had invited us for dinner (from an earlier conversation) but, time constraints kept us from being able to stay.
