I just moved my mom into Village of Tanglewood this past weekend. The experience was fantastic. Their entire staff from leadership to the front desk to the maintenance crew were incredibly nice and helpful. So were the residents. I believe we made a great decision choosing V of T after touring 4-5 different options.

As a fairly new residents our experience has been very positive. Residents are always treated with dignity and respect by all members of the staff, service is exceptional. Management is very responsive to the inquiries, requests and the needs of the residents in a timely manner. The building, apartments and grounds are well maintained. A major contributing factor to our decision to live here was the presence of the emergency generator which provides power to the whole building in the event of the loss of commercial power. This was proven to work well during the past 2 storms when the power was out all around us and we continued to function normally.

A special group dinner in the private dining room for birthday celebration of a mutual friend … It was a lovely setting, the food was very delicious and the menu options were incredible! The service people were friendly and fun and their service was fantastic. Every part of the experience was perfect and all in our party are looking forward to doing this again. KUDOS to all the staff from the reception attendant, dinner service people, chef and top management, all of which looked in on us to see if anything more was desired.

My sister, mother, and I met with Lolly Erwin last week. She gave us a full tour, answered all of our questions, and had lunch with us (which was delicious!). We thought the one-bedroom was perfect for mom, with new quartz countertops, appliances, and flooring. The residents seemed welcoming, and mom can’t wait to get moved in and meet more of them and take part in the many activities.
