The beauty of life at Brookdale is that you wake up with plenty of choices for how to spend your day. Want to start your morning with a cup of coffee in our courtyard and then indulge your creative side in our arts and crafts studio? Done. Feel like kickstarting your day with an energizing group fitness class and then enjoying social time in the game room or on-site pub? You can do that, too. With an array of resort-style amenities and a full events calendar, there's no shortage of exciting things to do right on campus.
And when it's time to rest and recharge at the end of the day, you'll have your own personal apartment. With several floor plans to choose from, from studios to two-bedroom apartments complete with a garage, you'll have no problem selecting an apartment that best suits your needs and preferences. Regardless of the floor plan you choose, each apartment comes equipped with a private bathroom, kitchen, and windows that let in plenty of natural light.
Since all care plans are customized to your needs, they are also flexible as your needs change over time. If you currently live an independent lifestyle and simply want to enjoy perks like housekeeping and restaurant-style dining, our independent living community may be a great fit. If you need help with little tasks like grooming, dressing, or medication management, then our assisted living community may be for you.
For seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia, our memory care program provides gentle guidance and a structured daily path of engagement designed to strengthen physical, cognitive, and social skills. This path includes a minimum of six daily activities, such as clustered group discussions, art therapy, morning mental workouts, and walking groups.
We also understand how important safety is for you and your loved ones, which is why we have care staff on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to any emergencies.

Facilities like senior living communities exist to support our loved ones when they reach a stage in life where they need assistance maintaining independence and quality of life. Our loved ones work hard their entire lives and deserve care, dignity, and the services they are promised and pay for. Unfortunately, my experience with The Brookdale Foundation House reflects a very different reality. In my view, the organization prioritizes financial performance above resident well-being. Decisions appear driven by the bottom line rather than by the quality of care, compassion, or respect our loved ones deserve. For the final years of my father-in-law’s life, he consistently expressed concern that senior management did not care about the residents and that the facility was steadily declining. These concerns persisted until the day he passed away. After his passing—following more than eight years as a resident—not a single member of the senior management team reached out to our family to offer condolences. Instead, the only communication we received focused on financial matters. Even after repeated escalations over several months, the emphasis remained on how much money could be collected from a deceased resident, rather than on empathy, accountability, or basic human decency. Based on this experience, I strongly urge families to conduct thorough research before entrusting a loved one to any senior living facility. I would also strongly recommend against placing a loved one at The Brookdale Foundation House. In my opinion, the organization does not demonstrate a genuine commitment to resident well-being or quality of life. Families deserve transparency, compassion, and care—especially during the most vulnerable stages of life. This facility failed to meet those expectations.

Very disappointed in Brookdale foundation house. My father lived at Brookdale foundation house for about 8 years. My father had been telling me how much it had gone down hill. I WISH I would have listened to him before he past away 2 months ago 😔. My experience has been very upsetting and disappointing through all of this. Management is only interested in the money and filling the building at all cost. Would not recommend putting your loved ones in this facility.

VENDORS WHATCH OUT! They hired our small family owned company and took a complete advantage of us! They called and scheduled our service to check and fix their 10 washers and dryers but never paid a dime for our inspection and repair though were pretty much willing to fix it. I guess they wanted us to do it for free. Their front desk told us they won't accept an invoice from us via email but ONLY BY FAX. It's 2025 and seems like these folks are still stuck in 1900s... We have been contacting them for almost 6 months since our initial appointment and they are still ghosting us.
